“I utilize a variety of strength based, person centered modalities to meet an individual’s needs. I collaborate with clients to improve self-awareness, empowering them to fully take charge of their lives. As a result clients may develop deeper inner peace, emotional freedom, stronger self-esteem, and more fulfilling relationships with oneself and others.”
