Erin provides short and long-term psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults. Erin approaches therapy with sincerity and hope. Her therapeutic style is warm, non-judgmental, empowering, and collaborative.

Erin specializes in issues related to anxiety, trauma, interpersonal/family conflict, chronic medical illness, and caregiver distress, as well as chronic shame, self-criticism, obsessive thinking, and perfectionism. Additionally, as a former competitive dancer, Erin enjoys working with dancers/artists. Erin also works extensively with individuals of all genders affected by disordered eating and eating disorders, with particular expertise in supporting family caregivers of loved ones with an eating disorder.

As an integrative psychologist, Erin aims to balance insight-oriented therapeutic approaches with practical strategies. Specifically, Erin draws from humanistic, psychodynamic, and attachment theories to thoughtfully support clients in gaining insight into the “origin story” of both their distress and resilience, while incorporating dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and cognitive-behavioral based interventions to empower client’s to adaptively manage acute symptoms and/or stressors. Essential to Erin’s clinical practice is collaboratively understanding how a client’s unique story is shaped by their broader familial and sociocultural systems.

Erin earned her PhD in Counseling Psychology and her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University. She enjoys serving as an adjunct professor at Fordham’s graduate programs.

Fee: $300 per session
